WG is located in the Löbtau district and is only 15 minutes by bus from the university. It doesn't take much longer by bike. It is a quiet residential area with many families and WGs.

Directly in front of the front door is the bus line 90, which takes you to Tharandter Street in 5 minutes. From there you have many connections: Bus 61, 63. Tram 12, 6, 7. In our area, the 62 and the 85 drive.

Also for shopping it is not far: the mountain down you find Aldi and net. At Tharandter street there are Rewe and many more shops

Die WG liegt im Stadtteil Löbtau und ist nur 15 min mit dem Bus von der Uni entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es nicht viel länger. Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend mit vielen Familien und WGs.

Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Buslinie 90, die einen in 5 min zur Tharandter Straße bringt. Von dort aus hat man viele Anschlüsse: Bus 61, 63. Tram 12, 6, 7. In unserer Nähe fährt auch die 62 und die 85.

Auch zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit: den Berg runter findet man Aldi und Netto. An der Tharandter Straße gibt es Rewe und viele weitere Läden

We are a WG of three teachers. While Franzi (27) and Michelle (26) are starting a referendum in March, I am still in the final stages of my studies.

In the WG we love our meetings in the WG kitchen, where we like to forget the time. Nevertheless, we also respect if someone wants to rest. In general, I would call us a very warm and open WG. We don't just live next to each other, we support each other and we exchange. The one or other emotional-support-hug may not be missing either. : When time is, we cook together or watch a movie. We like to hear music together, especially when we clean the WG.

Speaking of cleaning: cleanliness and order is a big concern for us so that everyone feels comfortable. Since Franzi and Michelle work full-time and are in a rather stressful stage of life with the Referendariat, it is important for us to have someone as an interlocutor: to take care of it and not listen to loud music in the evening, etc.

Again to the individual roommates:

Franzi has been living in the WG since the beginning of her apprenticeship. She loves everything that is creative: singing, crafting, photographing or painting. Since it is more queer, it is a matter of course for us that the WG is a safe space for any sexual orientation and sexual identity!

Michelle is the new entry of our WG. If she isn't just caught in the Referendariat, she likes to jog or read.

Wir sind eine WG aus drei Lehrämtlerinnen. Während Franzi (27) und Michelle (26) im März ins Referendariat starten, bin ich noch in den letzten Zügen meines Studiums.

In der WG lieben wir unsere Treffen in der WG-Küche, wo wir beim Quatschen auch gern mal die Zeit vergessen. Trotzdem respektieren wir auch, wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe möchte. Allgemein würde ich uns als sehr herzliche und offene WG bezeichnen. Wir leben nicht nur nebeneinander her, sondern unterstützen uns und tauschen uns aus. Der ein oder andere emotional-support-hug darf auch nicht fehlen. :) Wenn Zeit ist, Kochen wir auch zusammen oder schauen einen Film. Wir hören auch gern Musik zusammen, vor allem wenn wir dabei die WG putzen.

Apropos Putzen: uns ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung ein großes Anliegen, damit sich einfach jede wohlfühlt. Da Franzi und Michelle Vollzeit arbeiten und mit dem Referendariat in einer recht stressigen Lebensphase sind, ist es uns wichtig jemanden als Zwischenmieter:in zu haben, der/die darauf Rücksicht nimmt und zb abends keine laute Musik mehr hört etc.

Nochmal zu den einzelnen Mitbewohnerinnen:

Franzi lebt schon seit Anfang ihres Lehramtsstudiums in der WG. Sie liebt alles, was kreativ ist: Singen, Basteln, Fotografieren oder Malen. Da sie selbst queer bin, ist es für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass die WG ein safe space für jede sexuelle Orientierung und geschlechtliche Identität ist!

Michelle ist der Neuzugang unserer WG. Wenn sie nicht gerade ins Referendariat eingespannt ist, geht sie gerne joggen oder liest.

Our kitchen is even equipped with a rice cooker and a sodastream :)
