Durch die Haltestelle Malterstraße ist eine gute Verkehrsanbindung gegeben. Straßenbahn 6 und 7 Richtung Zentrum und Neustadt. Alles innerhalb von 10 -15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige. Kaufland, Rewe, Netto und Edeka sind z.B. in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Post, Apotheke und verschiedene Ärzte sind ebenfalls in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The shared flat is in a very quiet location with no street noise.
The Malterstraße stop provides good transport connections. Streetcars 6 and 7 to the city center and Neustadt. Everything is within 10-15 minutes of the city center. There are several shopping facilities. Kaufland, Rewe, Netto and Edeka, for example, are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Post office, pharmacy and various doctors are also within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
