Das 14 qm Zimmer wirkt durch die hohen Wände und dem Fenster hell und freundlich. Falls du ein Hochbett einbauen möchtest, wäre dies kein Problem. Es ist zum Hinterhof hinaus gelegen und daher recht ruhig. Der Schreibtisch und das Rollo kann gern einfach übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. In etwa fünf Minuten ist man direkt an der Tharandter Straße. Dort fahren die Linien 12,7,6,61 usw. Zur Uni fährt man ca. 10 min. Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann, Dm, Aldi etc. befinden sich ebenfalls in sehr naher Reichweite.
Du würdest mit Robert und Franzi zusammenwohnen. Beide sind sehr freundliche Mitbewohner, die sicher immer ein offenes Ohr für dich haben werden.
Zu erreichen bin ich ganz einfach unter der Email, die ich jeden Tag überprüfen werde. Das Zimmer ist ab 01.08. verfügbar, jedoch können wir das Datum flexibel auf den 15.08. oder auch 01.09. verschieben. Das lässt sich alles regeln.
