Heyyy, wir suchen noch jemanden als Zwischenmieter für 1 Monat (03.25), ich bin ein wenig in der Weltgeschichte unterwegs. Falls du also gerade was für zwischendurch suchst oder ein Praktikum hier machst, sei unser Gast!

Mein Zimmer ist nach Süden offen, sonnig mit Balkon. Im Januar 2023 wurde gestrichen, die Einrichtung auch nur 1 Jahr alt. Wenn die Sonne scheint musst du auf jeden Fall nicht heizen, dann verbring lieber die Zeit auf dem Balkon. Der Fernseher mit Netflix bleibt, falls dir das was bringt. Ansonsten gucke es dir einfach an, hoffentlich gefällts dir!:)

We live in central Neustadt, in a side street, right on Alaunstraße. By bike you are in university in 20 minutes, by train it takes about 25-30.

You have a nice roommate, Tabea The WG life will not be particularly intense in a month, but you will definitely understand well and make you a nice time. Kitchen and bathroom remain very clean (please :)), we have everything from washing machine to microwave, but no dishwasher, there has to be hand laid. But you can do that.
