Your future room is 26 m2, fully furnished with a bed (160x200 cm), a bed sofa (in case you have guests), a big wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, a TV cabinet and a small library.
These are available for 950 €.

The room is on the sunny side of the building, ensuring warm weather in winter. The windows of the bedroom are double, to isolate from the cold and the noise, making it warm and quiet at night. :)

The estate agency requires a contract of 1 year minimum. The cost of the room is 490 euros all inclusive (with also the utilities). :)

The apartment is situated in the heart of Neustadt, at 10 mins by foot from Albertplatz, and 2 mins away from bars and clubs in Louisenstraße, but still very quiet at night.

It is well served by trams and busses. The bus 11 stops in front of the main door. 5 mins away there are the tram stops of 6, 8, and 13 (Bautzner/Rothenburger str.), and the 3 and 7 in Albertplatz.

In 5 mins you can easily reach supermarkets like REWE and Netto, or shops like dm and bakeries.
The river is 5 mins away by foot. :)

I am Francesca, I come from Italy, and I will be your flatmate if you decide to move in.

I am a 28 yo PhD student in Physical Chemistry in a Research Centre. I have a very chill lifestyle, and I always try to keep the common areas tidy and clean to be respectful towards my flatmate.

I go to the gym and do pilates/yoga in the morning before work, I like to cook on weekends and enjoy eating outside (I love to try new restaurants and exploring food from different cultures).

I also like to read, but very often I am too tired from work to do it. :(
