Your new room is 17 m2 tall, has two large windows - so enough light always comes in.
So it offers space for everything you have:) - and is part of the 98 m2 community.
Currently there is a wooden bed frame (200 x 140 cm) that can be taken over for free.
-> if no interest exists: there is a "clean-room" :)
There is also room:
-> a fully furnished and equipped WG with everything you need to live (plants, dishwasher, new washing machine, new stove etc)

You will find a cat jump further the Neustadt station, other supermarkets, a gas station, the VG, Lidl, a French shop, the Sparkasse - actually everything you need :)
And the best thing is to reach the Elbe in 102 seconds.
You are already in nine minutes in the new city. The way back is longer depending on the evening design :)
In this great, light-filled 3-room apartment we live harmoniously with and next to each other as a WG.
We have a huge kitchen/stube / common room where we spend many great hours.
Your future roommates are two people who like to save the world... everyone in his own way :)
