Our WG is located on the south of Dresden, in the district of Plauen, just a cat's throw from the TU Dresden. The south height offers one of the most beautiful views over the city - whether in the day, at sunrise or at night, with all the sparkling lights.

You can reach the university in 10 to 20 minutes on foot depending on the destination on the campus. If you prefer to go with the open: The Höckendorfer Weg stop is only a 4-minute walk away, there are bus lines 66 and 63. The 66 will be at the main station in 10 minutes. A second stop, south height, is located approx. 7 minutes on foot - here, next to the 66, the line 360.

Shopping? Everything's close!
The nearest shopping country is within 7 minutes walk. If you'd rather go to net, it's right behind it. Also a Lidl is not far away, either on foot, by bike or comfortable by bus line 63.

Relaxation?
The area invites you to turn off: Whether a relaxing walk over the Kaitzer height or a small break in the South Park - here are some great corners to come down.

Unsere WG liegt auf der Dresdener Südhöhe, im Stadtteil Plauen, nur einen Katzensprung von der TU Dresden entfernt. Die Südhöhe bietet eine der schönsten Aussichten über die Stadt – egal ob am Tag, bei Sonnenauf- oder -untergang oder nachts mit all den funkelnden Lichtern.

Die Uni erreichst du je nach Ziel auf dem Campus in 10 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Falls du lieber mit den Öffis unterwegs bist: Die Haltestelle Höckendorfer Weg ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt, dort fahren die Buslinien 66 und 63. Mit der 66 bist du in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Eine zweite Haltestelle, Südhöhe, liegt ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – hier fährt neben der 66 auch die Linie 360.

Der nächste Kaufland ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Falls du lieber zu Netto gehst – der liegt direkt dahinter. Auch ein Lidl ist nicht weit entfernt, entweder zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder bequem mit der Buslinie 63.

Entspannung?
Die Umgebung lädt zum Abschalten ein: Ob ein entspannter Spaziergang über die Kaitzer Höhe oder eine kleine Auszeit im Südpark – hier gibt es ein paar tolle Ecken zum runterkommen.

I am Maxi (19) and I study business engineering at the TU. I currently spend my free time with Elbflorace, the university's Formula Student Project. But even sport can't be too short with me. On the weekends, you will meet my girlfriend sometimes or have the apartment all weekend for you when I'm with her;).
In general, if it is not exactly the case that I always have evening for a cook or games. That's what friends come by for once in a while.

In the apartment among us, by the way, two friends of mine live directly, so that sometimes it feels almost like a 4-time WG. The two, Carlos and Carl are also often enthusiastic for any fun.


I'm looking for:

An open, communicative person who takes part in the WG life and also brings a certain sense of order and cleanliness. Each of us has at the same time sufficient space and privacy.

Dein Mitbewohner:

Ich bin Maxi (19) und studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der TU. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich aktuell vor allem mit Elbflorace, dem Formula Student Projekt der Uni. Aber auch Sport darf bei mir nicht zu kurz kommen. An den Wochenenden, wird man ab und an meine Freundin antreffen oder aber die Wohnung das ganze Wochenende für sich haben, wenn ich bei ihr bin ;).
Generell bin ich, wenn nicht gerade Klausurenphase ist, immer für einen Koch oder Spiele Abend zu haben. Dafür kommen auch ab und an mal Freunde vorbei.

In der Wohnung unter uns wohnen übrigens auch direkt 2 Freunde von mir, sodass es sich manchmal fast eher wie eine 4er WG anfühlt. Auch die beiden, Carlos und Carl sind oft für jeden Spaß zu begeistern.


Ich suche:

Eine aufgeschlossene, kommunikationsfreudige Person, die am WG Leben teilnimmt und auch einen gewissen Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit mitbringt. Jeder von uns hat gleichzeitig genügend Freiraum und Privatsphäre.

The given total rental includes cold rent, additional costs, electricity, Internet and GEZ.

The deposit is 700 €, as we hold cooperative shares in the WGS (our rental) instead of a housing deposit. The total amount is about 1400 €and we have so far managed it so that it has been paid in equal parts. We would like to maintain this:)


The entrance is possible between the beginning and the middle of April!

Die angegebene Gesamtmiete enthält Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet und GEZ.

Die Kaution beträgt 700€, da wir Genossenschaftsanteile an der WGS (unsere Vermietung) halten anstatt einer Wohnkaution. Die beträgt insgesamt ca 1400€ und wir haben es bisher so gehandhabt, dass sie zu gleichen Teilen gezahlt wurde. Das würden wir gerne beibehalten :)


Der Einzug ist zwischen Anfang und Mitte April möglich!
