Your room is 12 m2. It has a beautiful parquet floor and is flooded with light through a large window. You have enough space to put your furniture under the high bed. You can even do yoga or sports exercises in the middle of the room and set up a clothes rack. On the ceiling you will find a very beautiful stucco. The size allows it to be heated quickly and does not become too hot in summer.
The WG itself is 220m2 huge, has two bathrooms, a beautiful large kitchen, with two refrigerators, dishwasher and possibly the device magic and kitchen crimson.
Daniel's room has a nice balcony, which is also very much shared and where you can smoke. There is also a basement compartment, an attic compartment and a bicycle cellar.
To the house, which is mostly inhabited by WGs, closes a garden at the back, in which it is often and liked to be grilled in summer, breakfast, sitting and playing.
The apartment is located a stone's throw from the stop, from which you can drive to the new town or old town without changing. Within 10 minutes you can walk to S1 and are in a half hour in the wonderful nature of Saxon Switzerland. If you want to be even faster in the green, the large garden is a great way to reach in 15 minutes on foot.
Shops are 3 minutes walk away. A DM and a pharmacy are also nearby, as well as snacks and restaurants. The slub is 15-20 minutes walk away and by bus about 5-10 minutes.
Strehlen itself is a rather quiet residential area with a lot of old building, and beautiful old village core, nevertheless very busy by the many resident students.
It is also good that you are super fast in the large garden!
You live with five other great people. We are trainees, students and doctoral students and between 20 and 28 years old. Some work in the home office and some outside the apartment. That's why someone's always at home if you want company. If you don't like company, you can withdraw at any time.
We are an active WG that likes to do something together. The range of activities is very large. For example, we like to go bouldering, to the gym, to celebrate techno or to the new city. We also like to be creative, cook together and spend time together on the sofa for movies and series or in our kitchen.
To maintain order and cleanliness with such a large apartment and with the amount of people, we use an app to organization. Therefore, you should not have a problem with doing tasks cleanly and properly. We want everyone to feel comfortable and that's what it's all about. Once a month we try to implement a WG plenary. Mostly we cook something before and then sit together and talk about everything we do in our living together.
Lion is our WG cat. He is sometimes in the apartment and sometimes in the garden. Lion is cutely playful and has a cat character. The best way to get to know him :)
Das Hochbett, die Gardinenstange und die Gardinen, sowie ein Regal unterm Hochbett möchte ich im Zimmer lassen. Zudem müssen wir uns wahrscheinlich eine neue Waschmaschine anschaffen, weshalb weitere Kosten auf uns zukommen. Da ich nun bald ausziehe, möchte ich mit dir diesbezüglich eine Einigung finden. Weitere Möbel können eventuell auch im Zimmer bleiben, die gehören allerdings nicht mir, sondern meiner Mitbewohnerin. Das können wir dann bei einem Kennenlernen besprechen.
Wir sammeln ein paar Nachrichten und melden uns in ein paar Tagen bei dir zurück, wenn wir uns ein kennenlernen vorstellen können. Mach dir also keine Gedanken, wenn wir nicht direkt antworten :)
