The room has about 20 sqm and is equipped with a massive wooden bunk bed, which ensures that you even have more space. The two large windows are in the direction of the courtyards, which is why you can enjoy perfect tranquility on day and night. Through the south-west orientation you can also see the sunset throughout the day and even in the evening:)
The high bed must be taken over for a fee of 350€.
In addition to our rooms and the living room we have a bathroom with daylight, a "guest" bathroom, a balcony, the kitchen, a storage room and a large basement with a bicycle compartment.
WG is located in Striesen, railway connections to the 4 & 10 are 3 minutes walk away. Bus connections can be reached in 3 minutes and the 61 in 7 minutes. To the university you drive quite comfortable, just to the city centre. Both take about 15 minutes.
We have two Spätis around the corner and supermarkets like Lidl and near shopping are within walking distance. For larger purchases, the purchase country is also only one stop away.
Our WG life is characterized by joint cooking, excursions and respectful interaction. We are not a purpose WG and like to do something together, but let us also have enough freedom and tranquility. So it's important to us that you also want to work together.
Currently we are three people (Mathilda, Joe & Helene).
That's why we're looking for a new roommate.
Mathilda studies architecture in the first semester and is often in university from morning to evening. She likes to explore new sweet cafés. She is always there for a cozy wine evening.
Helene is a professional school teacher and works already. They are often met in the WG by telephone or with loudly running music. Otherwise, Helene enjoys going to the new city in her spare time or relaxes at the Pilates and Wellness in the gym.
Joe is a fully studied civil engineer and the helping hand of the WG, and he's certainly happy to help you with your move. On request there are also film and series recommendations for relaxed evenings.
WG visits can only take place from 06.01.2025.
