Hallöchen, in unserer Studenten wg wird ein Zimmer frei ab August/September.
Das Zimmer ist 19 qm groß und hat eine große Fensterfront.
Das Zimmer ist dann unmöbliert. Die Baustelle bzw das Gerüst vor dem Fenster gibt es nicht mehr!
Es ist das erste Zimmer auf dem grundriss. Die Küche bzw Wohnzimmer ist jetzt voneinander getrennt.
Wir sind keine Zweck wg
Die Wohnung ist in der Hochschulstraße 42, ganz in der Nähe vom Campus (HTW und TU).
Die bahnhaltestelle reichenbachstr mit der 3, 8,66 ist 3 Minuten weg und die Haltestelle technische Universität mit der 61 und 66 ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
Du würdest erstmal mit Caro und Chris zusammenleben. Beide ganz liebe Menschen.
Chris wohnt hier zur untermiete bis januar und ab dann würde ich ( Anna) wieder einziehen. Wir Studieren Umweltmonitoring und psychologie.
Es wäre cool wenn man auch was zusammen unternehmen kann, sport oder bar, club, flohmarkt, café....
Natürlich alles ein kann, kein muss :)
Falls ihr sonst noch Fragen habt schreibt einfach gerne.
Mit dem einzugsdatum sind wir flexibel, darüber kann man dann quatschen.
