Hello dear successor,
Our roommate leaves our WG soon as she leaves Dresden at the same time for her career.
As a result, an approx. 23m^2 large, very well cut room with large balcony to the quiet courtyard free. Our apartment is equipped with everything important, including dishwasher. (: The washing machine is in the bathroom and in the hall there is a large dining table. Additional storage space is available in the basement. There is a bicycle cellar for the whole house and a separate, lockable compartment for the apartment. The room may be released a few days before.

Our apartment is perfect for students at TU Dresden. The campus can be reached within 5 minutes on foot; to the SLUB or the Alte Mensa are only 5 minutes by bike. After the lectures you can buy more or less directly in front of the front door at Edeka, net, Rewe or dm. In addition, there is a very tasty bakery and a few restaurants next door. Public transport can be reached within 3-5 minutes (street 3 and 8, bus 61). To the main station it takes 5 minutes, to Albertplatz and the Neustadt about 15 minutes. In addition, there is a Next Bike Station at Nuremberg Square, which provides a bike at any time. There is plenty of space for free parking in the secondary roads.
If you are enjoying sports outdoors in your leisure time, you can walk towards Plauen in the fields behind the university buildings Joggen, walk towards Hoher Stein, walk on Plauen's ground climbing or use the nearby Boulderhalle (Kletterarena).

Hendrik and Agustín live together in the WG.
Hendrik has been in Dresden for three years and is currently looking for a PhD site. He travels a lot in the region around Dresden, goes archery and likes to nature. Agustín comes from Argentina and has been in Dresden since the middle of the year – he currently holds a PhD in laser-based manufacturing. He travels a lot in town, photographs and meets with friends.
In our WG we like to cook, even more often together, for example at a dinner together. At present, however, we are also quite busy, because sometimes it is not easy to find joint appointments. :D
However, a new person in the WG naturally creates new common interests and wishes for a WG life. Therefore, we are curious how to imagine and develop the WG life.
From you we wish that you are open and tolerant. We explicitly seek someone who wants to and can also become the main tenant in the apartment.

Die Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 403,59 € pro Monat. Dazu kommen noch 33,11 € für Strom, Internet und Rundfunkgebühren monatlich. Einmalig werden eine Kaution von 551,97 € und 163 € für die Übernahme der gemeinsamen Wohnungseinrichtung (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.) fällig. Eventuell wird auch zeitnah ein weiteres Zimmer in unserer WG frei, sodass das Angebot auch für Leute, die zusammenziehen möchten, interessant sein könnte. Wir freuen uns, von Dir zu lesen!
