Wir haben zudem einen schönen Balkon, der von der Küche zum Hinterhof zeigt, auf dem wir in lauen Sommernächten gerne sitzen und zum Gärtnern einlädt. Im Flur auf halber Treppe befindet sich unser eigener kleiner Waschraum mit Waschmaschine.
