The apartment is located in the Neustadt - almost opposite the Pound dairy. The Elbe is within walking distance of 2 minutes and the rose garden is only 3 minutes walk away. There's a rewe in five minutes. The Kneipenecke of the Neustadt are about 7 minutes walk away and you walk to the Alaunpark about 10 minutes. Right in front of the apartment, line 11, which takes 15 minutes to the city centre, or for hikers 10 minutes to the Heide. A stop can also be changed to the 13, 8 or 6 or on the Elbe is the ferry station, so you can drive very relaxed towards Johannstadt. Dresden-Neustadt train station is 3 stops away. - Otherwise there are bakers, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, late shops, drug markets, a gym and, above all, many cool people.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt - fast gegenüber von der Pfunds-Molkerei. Die Elbe ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar und auch der Rosengarten ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einen Rewe gibt es in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Die Kneipenecke der Neustadt sind ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und zum Alaunpark läufst du ca. 10 Minuten. Direkt vor der Wohnung fährt die Linie 11, welche 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt, bzw. für Wanderer 10 Minuten Richtung Heide benötigt. Eine Haltestelle weiter kann man auch in die 13, 8 oder 6 umsteigen bzw. befindet sich an der Elbe die Fährstelle, sodass du sehr entspannt Richtung Johannstadt fahren kannst. Der Bahnhof Dresden-Neustadt ist 3 Haltestellen entfernt. :-) Ansonsten gibt es im näheren Umfeld Bäcker, Apotheken, Restaurants, Bars, Spätshops, Drogeriemärkte, ein Fitnessstudio und vor allem viele coole Leute.

I am your only roommate - at the moment "Hi": -).

My name is Joe (32 years old) and I study biochemistry in the Master's degree at the TU Dresden. I'm a very sociable person and sometimes a real lab bag. But I also need my rest - especially in the test phases but probably everyone knows that.: -) I like to go to the gym and I'm a volunteer football coach, so I'm on my way. I also like to take the time or the time.

If we agreed on a joint cleaning plan, that would be great!
Sometimes I leave something down - that is not mean evil, but rather is due to a slight passivity when much is going on (as is now at the test stage). So always talk when something is.

As you can see, we have a really cool roof terrace of 20 sqm - this is ideal for barbecue evenings, film evenings (beamer available) or even the one or the other party.

I don't smoke myself.

Dein einziger Mitbewohner bin ich - an der Stelle nochmal "Hi" :-).

Mein Name ist Joe (32 Jahre alt) und ich studiere Biochemie im Master an der TU Dresden. Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch und manchmal eine echte Labertasche. Genauso brauche ich aber auch mal meine Ruhe - gerade in Prüfungsphasen aber das kennt wahrscheinlich jeder. :-) Ich gehe gern ins Fitnessstudio und bin ehrenamtlicher Fußballtrainer, bin also auch öfter mal unterwegs. Ich zocke auch gern das ein oder andere Mal allerdings fehlt mir dazu die Zeit.

Wenn wir uns auf einen gemeinsamen Putzplan einigen, wäre das super!
Manchmal lass' ich auch mal etwas liegen - das ist dann nicht böse gemeint sondern liegt eher an einer leichten Verpeiltheit, wenn viel los ist (wie jetzt gerade zur Prüfungsphase). Also immer ansprechen, wenn etwas ist.

Wie du siehst, haben wir eine echt coole Dachterrasse von 20 qm - diese ist optimal für Grillabende, Filmabende (Beamer vorhanden) oder auch mal die ein oder andere Feier geeignet.

Ich selbst rauche nicht.

The rent is complete at 480,00 €per person per month. This includes heat rental, as well as further energy costs and internet connection.

What else is important?
My current roommate is moving to 01.04. and I am not in Germany from 16. 03. - 06.04. But he is in Dresden time and can take care that you can move in relaxed if I are not there in time.: -)

Was ist sonst noch wichtig?
Mein aktueller Mitbewohner zieht zum 01.04. aus (Zusammenzug mit seiner Freundin) und ich bin vom 16.03. - 06.04. nicht in Deutschland. Er ist aber in der Zeit in Dresden und kann sich darum kümmern, dass du entspannt einziehen kannst, sollte ich in der Zeit nicht da sein. :-)
