Das Zimmer ist knapp 12qm groß, aber durch das eingebaute Hochbett sehr geräumig und gemütlich.
Die hohen Decken der Altbauwohnung liefern zusätzlichen Stauraum in der Vertikalen. Durch ein
großes Fenster in Richtung unseres grünen Innenhofes in nordöstlicher Richtung ist es sehr ruhig und
hell. Zusätzlich sorgen Vorhänge an Fenster und Hochbett für mögliche Lichtdämmung. Neben dem
massiven Hochbett, einem Schrank und einer Kleiderstange ist das Zimmer nicht möbiliert, du kannst es dir also einrichten, wie du es magst.
Die Wohnung selbst beinhaltet eine große, voll ausgestatte Küche mit u.a. Heißluftfritteuse und
Reiskocher sowie zwei Bäder mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Badewanne. Auch einen kleinen
Balkon Richtung Innenhof gibt es, der (fast) jederzeit benutzt werden kann und auf dem geraucht
wird. Ein eigenes Kellerabteil und gemeinsamer Fahrradkeller sind zusätzlich vorhanden.

The room is just under 12 square metres in size, but is very spacious and cosy thanks to the built-in bunk bed. The high ceilings provide additional vertical storage space. A large windows facing our green inner courtyard to the north-east makes it very quiet and bright. In addition, curtains on the windows and loft bed provide possible light insulation. Apart from the massive bunk bed, a warderobe and a clothes rail, the room is unfurnished, so you can furnish it however you like. The flat itself has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a hot air fryer and rice cooker, as well as two bathrooms with a washing machine, shower and bathtub. There is also a small balcony facing the inner courtyard, which can be used at (almost) any time and where smoking is permitted. There is also a private cellar compartment and a shared bicycle storage room.
Die Altbauwohnung liegt direkt am Nürnberger Ei und ist somit für alle Bedürfnisse des alltäglichen Lebens gut gelegen. In unter 5min lassen sich die Straßenbahnlinien der 8 und 3 (Nachtlinie) sowie die Buslinie 61 erlaufen. Mit Netto, Edeka, Rewe, Konsum, DM und verschiedenen Bäckereien sind auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5min erreichbar. Auch der Unicampus befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe. Der grüne Innenhof mit Grillmöglichkeit ist ein zusätzliches Highlight in den warmen Monaten und kann gern in kleiner wie großer Runde von allen Hausbewohner:innen genutzt werden.

The flat is located directly on the Nürnberger Ei and is therefore well situated for all everyday needs. The tram lines 8 and 3 (night line) as well as the bus line 61 can be reached in less than 5 minutes. With Netto, Edeka, Rewe, Konsum, DM and various bakeries, various shopping facilities can also be reached in 5 minutes. The university campus is also within walking distance. The green inner courtyard with barbecue facilities is an additional highlight in the warmer months and can be used by all residents in small or large groups.
Wir, Lisa (25), Eric (21) und Erik (32) suchen nach einem vierten Mitbewohni für unsere WG. Die Eric/k`s studieren an der TU Dresden Chemie, bzw. Psychologie. Lisa hat vor kurzem eine Ausbildung zur Logopädin angefangen und Erik arbeitet neben seinem Studium. Zusätzlich wohnen noch die zwei Kater Balduin und Quentin (4) bei uns, mit denen du dich auch gut verstehen solltest. Grundsätzlich kümmert sich Lisa um die Beiden, aber insbesondere Balduin freut sich natürlich auch über Streicheleinheiten und Spielangebote von dir. Wir spielen fast alle Instrumente und hören Musik, ganz still ist es, außer zu Schlafenszeiten, bei uns selten. Auch sonst verbringen wir als WG gern Zeit miteinander, z.B. bei gemeinsamen Kochaktivitäten (hauptsächlich vegetarisch), Filmen und Serien, die im großen, auch gemeinschaftlich genutzten Zimmer über den Beamer geschaut werden oder einem gemeinsamen Umtrunk. Persönliche Freiräume, Privatsphäre und Rücksichtnahme sind für uns trotzdem selbstverständlich. Auch die Hausgemeinschaft ist untereinander gut vernetzt, es wird gemeinsam gegrillt oder auch mal gefeiert. Ein flexibler Putzplan sorgt dafür, dass unsere WG sauber und wohnlich bleibt. Wir würden uns wünschen, dass du auch dazu beiträgst.

We, Lisa (25), Eric (21) and Erik (32) are looking for a fourth flatmate for our shared flat. The Eric/k`s are studying chemistry and psychology at the TU Dresden. Lisa has recently started training as a speech therapist and Erik works alongside his studies. In addition, the two cats Balduin and Quentin (4) live with us, with whom you should also get along well. Lisa generally looks after them, but Balduin in particular is of course also happy if you pet and play with him. We almost all play instruments and listen to music, so it's rarely completely quiet except at bedtime. We also enjoy spending time together, e.g. cooking together (mainly vegetarian), watching films and series on the projector in the biggest room or having a drink together. Personal space, privacy and consideration are nevertheless important for us. The house community is also well connected, and sometimes there are barbecues and parties together. A flexible cleaning schedule ensures that our shared flat remains clean and cosy. We would like you to contribute to this too.
