room change or Moving around is possible in principle depending on the use. The apartment can also be used ideally as a WG for third parties.

The apartment is located directly on Nuremberg-EI in the Nuremberg road. The tram stops Südvorstadt, Nurembergerplatz are easily accessible. The connection to the main railway station, about 10min, is very good. The TU campus is also within a few minutes. A consumption, net, DM, Edeka and Rewe are only a few minutes away. An Aldi and Lidl are also within walking distance.

My former roommate moved after his studies and now my roommate is also in a move. I'm a quiet social roommate. Cooking together or cooking alternately for each other has enriched my WG everyday life in the past. Occasionally we enjoyed a sociable cooking evening with friends from sushi to frying to raclett. One or the other beer or wine made this evening. However, these are rather exceptions and were planned together or held by agreement. Otherwise the celebration or with friends usually took place outside.
I like to be available for queries via mail, messenger or phone call. Consequently, I look forward to a brief message, a phone call and a personal visit.
I work as a working student and I will write my thesis next year.

There is almost everything in the kitchen except for a washing machine. (microwave, two refrigerators with TK compartments, sodastream, kettle, toaster, contact grill, salad multimix, coffee pad machine)

A vacuum cleaner as well as a vacuum cleaner robot are also present and regularly used.
