I rent my WG room at the old market in Dresden from mid/end of January until the end of May. However, the rental period is negotiable.

The room is well equipped above average, you can expect an electrically height adjustable desk incl. Monitor and lighting, a comfortable armchair, an IKEA Brimnes bed with drawers for storage space, a pretty solid wood wardrobe, among others two shelves and some room plants. The almost floor-to-ceiling window provides a lot of light, overall there is a bright, pleasant room climate.

The location is optimal for student life, about everything in Dresden is a maximum of 15 minutes away by bike; the apartment is ideal between Neustadt and Uni. The cultural palace with library is directly next door, short paths are guaranteed :). The apartment is well connected to the OPNV, in front of the house is the tram stop Altmarkt, Post- und Pirnaischer Platz are a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is in the 6. OG offers a view of the old market (south) and a view of the Frauenkirche from the kitchen window (north, see photos).
The Altmarkt-Galerie (3-minute walk) and the Postplatz (4-minute walk).

The room is located in a two WG in a renovated old building directly on the old market and next to the Kulturpalast in Dresden. You would live with Julia, a psychologist in the first/second semester for the period mentioned.

The shared bathroom, kitchen and hallway as well as two chambers (gardarder and HWR incl. washing machine).
The apartment is freshly renovated and was a first cover for my entrance (October 2022) - accordingly clean all the rooms are.

The apartment is ideal starting point for an active life in Dresden (Elbradweg 3 min, Calisthenics facility 5 min (each with the wheel)) as well as a cozy, bright retreat in the center of Dresden. The neighbors are unprecedented friendly, there is a good community.
