We only prefer female tenants who like to enjoy a quiet stay. The room is on the 13th floor and has a balcony with a wonderful view. The kitchen and washroom will be shared with one more person. The building is located very close to the Dresden Central Train station and enables easy access to all trains, buses, and grocery shops, even on Sundays.
