About the apartment:
The apartment is offered for sublease for one year, with the option of extension - ideal for a shared apartment or for a subtenant.
The apartment has 2 rooms, a bathroom, hallway and a cozy kitchen with everything you need from a toaster to a washing machine. Your room with a view is blessed with sunshine and you can actually see all the way to the other side of the valley. It's not uncommon to watch the balloons as they rise into the blue sky. The directly adjacent gardens and a small playground create a relaxed, quiet, sometimes happily giggling atmosphere and you can breathe and think freely. There's also a little backyard which is mostly used in the summer.
There is a delicious bakery/confectioner and all sorts of other colorful shops for wool, and wonderful things.
The tram stops on Bürgerstraße (3 minutes) and on Leipziger Straße (4 minutes) take you quickly to the city center (10 minutes) and it is exactly 5 minutes to the Elbe.
About me:
I'm Narayan and I come from the south of India and I've been living in Germany for about 5 years and in this apartment for 6 months. I'm looking for someone with a generally chill vibe, who respects my space and theirs.
I'm vegetarian and I love to cook. Maintaining a tidy kitchen and apartment is important to me. ✌🏻
To give you a peak into my life, I work as a scientist which takes 5 days away from my week. In the remaining time I like taking long walks, boxing, going to the gym, mixing music, going to techno, flea markets, sipping coffee, enjoying the sun, reading, painting and maybe watching something on my new beamer.
I would be happy to do few of these things with you although it's not a must.
