The apartment is centrally located and has a green courtyard. The room is furnished and is usually rented in the short to medium term - ideal for interns, professionals and commuters, people who just arrived in Dresden or only work temporarily in the city, etc. - I find it exciting to live with people from different cities, countries and backgrounds.
The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, two rooms, small desk and chair and a 1.40 x 2.00m bed. The apartment also has a kitchen that is large enough to cook with several people. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und wird i.d.R. kurz- bis mittelfristig vermietet - also ideal z.B. für Praktikanten, Berufstätige und Pendler, Menschen, die gerade erst in Dresden ankommen oder nur vorübergehend in der Stadt arbeiten usw. - ich finde es spannend, immer wieder mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Städten, Ländern und Hintergründen zusammenzuleben.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, zwei Kommoden, kleinem Schreibtisch und Stuhl sowie einem 1,40 x 2,00m Bett. Die Wohnung hat zudem eine Küche, die groß genug ist, um mit mehreren Personen zu kochen. Mein Arbeits-/Wohnzimmer wird selten und wenn nur kurzzeitig als drittes WG-Zimmer vermietet. Und im Bad kann in der Duschwanne entspannt geduscht werden. :)
Wir zahlen eine knackige Miete, aber das ist halt der Preis der Neustadt, die Lage ist es absolut wert - Stadtwald Heide 3 min entfernt, Alaunpark 2 min., Elberadweg 5 min., Supermarkt 1 min., Straßenbahn 3 min., erste Kneipe 1 min. und dennoch ist es absolut ruhig, da wir in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Bars wohnen und das zum Hinterhof.
