Ich studiere bis Januar in Dublin und brauche danach jemanden der mein Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim übernehmen möchte. Es handelt sich um ein Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad in einer Vierer-WG. Die Wohnung besitzt eine größe Küche mit Fernseher und einer daran anschließenden Balkon. Mein Zimmer besitzt außerdem ein eingebautes automatisches Schloss.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim von Yugo, welches sehr gut organisiert ist.

Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral, so dass man innerhalb von 15-20 min zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreicht (bsp. Tempel Bar etc.). Es ist auch eine Bushaltestelle in 5 min erreichbar und eine Straßenbahnstation ist nur 10 min entfernt.

Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit drei anderen Studenten, die ebenfalls für ein Auslandsstudium in Dublin sind. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und teilen unsere Kulturen. Gerne machen wir auch Ausflüge um Irland zu erkunden, wir sind offen für alles.

Um mein Zimmer übernehmen zu können musst zu Student in Dublin sein.
