Ich miete mein gemütliches (kleines) 12 qm Zimmer in einer 12er Wohngemeinschaft in Benrath ab dem 1. Februar (ich werde am 28. Januar ausziehen), begrenzt bis Ende Juni. Bei Interesse kann der Vertrag mit dem Mieter auch verlängert werden.
Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eingebauten Schreibtisch mit Regal und einem Waschbecken.
Den großen modernen Kleiderschrank kann bei bei Bedarf da lassen, ebenso ein Lattenrost mit einer 120cm Matratze und ein weiteres Regal. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, aber das Haus bietet ausreichend Stauraum im Flur oder Keller.

I rent my cozy (small) 12 sqm room in a 12er shared flat in Benrathfrom the 1st of February (i will move out on 28 January), limited to the end of June. If interested, the contract with the renter can also be extended.
The room has a built-in desk with shelf and a sink.
The wardrobe can be taken if necessary, as well as a slatted frame with a 120cm mattress and another shelf. The room is quite small, but the house offers sufficient storage space in the corridor or cellar.
Das Haus liegt Nahe des Benrather Banhofs und hat daher die perfekte Anbindung zum Düsseldorfer Hbf (6 Minuten mit dem RE), aber auch nach Köln. Auch der Busbahnhof, an dem viele U-Bahnen und Busse abfahren ist nah. Ein Rewe City, der bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat ist in 10 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar, aber auch Lidl und Aldi sind nicht weit.
Zum Joggen oder entspannen ist man schnell im Benrather Schlosspark und am Rhein.Ein Hallenbad und im Sommer ein Freibad sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (5min Fussweg).

The house is located near the Benrather Banhof and therefore has the perfect connection to Düsseldorf Hbf (6 minutes by RE), but also to Cologne. The bus station, where many subways and buses are running, is very close.
A Rewe City, which is open until midnight, can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, but also Lidl and Aldi are not far.
For jogging or relaxing you can quickly reach the Benrather castle park or the Rhine. An indoor pool and in summer an outdoor pool are also in the immediate vicinity (5min walk).
Hier wohnen 5 Mädels und 7 Jungs im Alter von 19-29 auf zwei Etagen. Die meisten sind berufstätig, weswegen hier keine großen Partys stattfinden. Alles in allem ist das WG Leben sehr ruhig und harmonisch. Alle kommen sehr gut miteinander aus!
Einmal pro Woche kommt die Putzfrau vorbei und putzt Küche, Bäder und den Gang Die Kosten sind bereits in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine zur freien Benutzung und genug Platz, der als Stauraum genutzt werden kann.
In der Küche gibt es bei Bedarf auch Gemeinschaftsgeschirr und eine Spülmaschine.

Here are living 5 girls and 7 boys at the age of 19-29 on two floors. Most are working, so there are no big parties here. All in all, the shared flat is very quiet and harmonious. Everyone gets along very well and sometimes do activities together.
In the kitchen, there are also shared dishes and a dishwasher if required.Once a week the cleaning lady comes over and cleans the kitchen, bathrooms and the corridor The costs are already included in the monthly rent of 350 Euro, as well as WiFI.
In the basement there is a washing machine for free use and enough space that can be used as storage space.
Very useful ecspecially if you only come here for a short period, cuz everything you need, is already available.
