Hallo,
wir ziehen nächstes Wochenende aus unserer Wohnung aus, aber da wir sie noch bis Ende Dezember haben, würden wir gerne ein Zimmer für diesen begrenzten Zeitraum vermieten. Du hättest die Wohnung fast die ganze Zeit für dich allein. Die Miete wurde aufgrund der Dauer und der Raumeinrichtung auf 600 € (von 700 €, die ganze Wohnung kostet 1400 €) reduziert, und das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel. Wenn du an einem kürzeren Aufenthalt interessiert bist, kannst du dich gerne melden, und wir können die Optionen besprechen. Du kannst eines der zwei Schlafzimmer auswählen, in dem du wohnen möchtest.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einem ruhigen Viertel und umfasst zwei Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad und einen kleinen Abstellraum – alle Zimmer sind über einen praktischen Flur verbunden.
Das Bad und die Küche sind voll funktionsfähig (allerdings ohne Geschirrspüler). Das kleine Wohnzimmer auf den Fotos wird leer sein, und wir nehmen den Großteil unserer Möbel mit, bis auf die Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern und den Kleiderschrank. Jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß, hell und einladend, mit großen Fenstern, die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat sogar Zugang zu einem charmanten Balkon.

Hi there,
We’re moving out of our flat next weekend, but since we still have it until the end of December, we’d love to rent one room of the flat out for that limited time but you will have the flat for yourself almost the whole time.The rent has been reduced to €600 (from €700 and the whole flat is 1400) due to the duration and room setup, and the start date is flexible. If you’re interested in a shorter stay, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss options. You can choose one of 2 bedrooms to stay.
Our flat is on the first floor in a relaxed neighborhood and includes two bedrooms, a small living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a small storage room—all connected by a convenient corridor.
The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional (though there’s no dishwasher). The small living room in the photos will be empty, and we’ll be moving most of our furniture except for the beds in both bedrooms and the wardrobe. Each of the two bedrooms is about 20 square meters, bright and inviting, with large windows bringing in plenty of natural light. One of the bedrooms even has access to a charming balcony.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist äußerst vorteilhaft, besonders für Studierende oder Personen, die an der Uni Nord oder am Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf arbeiten. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen und eine Bushaltestelle, die alle in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind.
Der Südpark ist nur ein paar Straßenbahnstationen entfernt und bietet eine schöne Freizeitmöglichkeit. Zudem gibt es einen Rewe-Supermarkt nur 300 Meter entfernt, der bis Mitternacht geöffnet ist. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten wie Rossmann, Kodi, Kioske, Cafés, Restaurants und Apotheken sind ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 3–4 Minuten entfernt.
Für Studierende ist der Campus in nur 6–7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Straßenbahnlinien und die U-Bahn, um bequem ins Zentrum von Düsseldorf oder zum Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) zu gelangen.

The apartment's location is highly advantageous, particularly for students or individuals working at Uni Nord or Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf. We have the convenience of two tram stations and a bus stop nearby, all within a few minutes' reach.
Südpark is just a few tram stations away, offering a lovely recreational area. Additionally, there is a Rewe supermarket just 300 meters away, open until midnight. Other amenities such as Rossman, Kodi, Kios, coffee shops, restaurants, and pharmacies are only a short 3-4 minute walk away.
For those attending the university, the campus is conveniently located within a 6-7 minute walking distance. Moreover, you have the option of taking various trams or the U-Bahn to reach the center of Düsseldorf or the main train station (Hbf).
Ting is a 30-year-old from Malaysia who enjoys cycling, traveling, and exploring cafés. He is always open to engaging in conversations, grabbing a drink, or dining out together. We usually rely on Ting's excellent taste to choose the restaurant.
As English is the primary language spoken in our flat, it is important that you are willing to communicate in English.
