It is a beautiful, cozy room with an additional space separated by wooden beams, which has served for me as a walk-in wardrobe and storage space. But if you need more storage space, there is also a large attic where you can store things without completing the room. Through the three windows the room is bright and friendly, and if you want, you can even wake up to sunrise. At the same time we also have a roof terrace with a perfect view of the sunset in the evening. It is large enough to grill, read outside in the summer, or we had built a TV there and watched the World Cup. Otherwise, the living room that merges into the kitchen is ideal to sit with the WG or friends and was decorated with plants as lovingly as possible.
The apartment is located directly opposite the Südring stop and only 2 minutes walk from the supermarkets Aldi, Lidl and Edeka. Other shopping facilities such as Rewe, Penny, DM and Action are also within 8 minutes' walk. In the area there are also some good restaurants and the apartment itself is located above the ice cream parlour Unbehaun and a Greek restaurant. The connection to the city center is excellent, the university is nearby, and the Rhine, with a nice route to run, inline skates or cycling, is also easily accessible on foot.
We live here for three. Leo (musician and nurse) and Alex (medical student) are both super nice and straightforward. We place great emphasis on cleanliness and a harmonious coexistence, in which one can borrow something when it is based on reciprocity – without everything being immediately reckoned. Both are often on the go and do their own thing, but it also happens that we consciously take time, be it for a cozy sitting together in the living room or for joint evenings where we cook, play or just talk. Each one of us has occasionally visited, but who wants to, of course, can sit on it – just as it is not a problem to pull back and close the room door when you need your rest. I always felt very comfortable here and would be happy if a nice roommate or a nice roommate came after. Would you like to write a few words about you so that we can make a first impression :)
I'm still reporting to you for the dates of the visit, but it's probably going to be early in January. I can send you videos from the room or, if I'm back from Christmas, offer an online visit. But it would also be important for you to meet the other two roommates. Please let me know if you have seen that the room will be rented for 15.01. and whether the discount payment is fine for you.
