Quiet professional WG in Derendorf Ruhige Berufstätigen-WG in Derendorf

Our apartment is located in a one-way street and about 100 meters from the green area at Rudolf-Lupp-Platz. There are table tennis tables, a boule place and next to the beautiful green meadow a small playground. It is often very quiet there and in summer you can work with the notebook or just sunbathe.
Then we have the area "Entrepreneur City", the Deloitte and HSD Campus and the new super7000 co-working space. So there are plenty of options for remote working in walking distance.
The PNV is great. Bus stop, tram and S-Bahn can be easily reached in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Unsere Wohnung ist in einer Einbahnstraße und circa 100 Meter von der Grünanlage am Rudolf-Lupp-Platz entfernt. Dort gibt es Tischtennisplatten, einen Boule Platz und neben der schönen grünen Wiese einen kleinen Spielplatz. Es ist dort oft sehr ruhig und im Sommer kann man dort gemütlich mit dem Notebook arbeiten oder sich einfach nur sonnen.
Dann haben wir in der Nähe das Areal "Unternehmerstadt", den Deloitte und HSD Campus und den neuen super7000 Co-working Space. Es gibt also genug Möglichkeiten für Remote Working in Fußnähe.
Der ÖPNV ist super. Bushaltestelle, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn kann man gut in ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichen.

We are a 3-time business WG and a room is free because our roommate has moved. Your roommates are Sven and Christian, who are often on the road or at the Home Office. Sven is rare in the WG and works in the area of municipal procurement of extinguishing vehicles. In his free time he likes to do judo and supports the club as a coach and tournament helper. Christian is active as project coordinator for support programmes; currently for marine protection projects. Christian likes to walk in the middle mountains, climb and do racing bike tours with friends in the summer. He is a volunteer teacher for children and adult education.
Our WG lifestyle is characterized by social cooperation, that is to say, we help each other with challenges in the profession and everyday life when needed. At the same time, our privacy is important to us. However, if you are looking for only one room and want to stay anonymous, you should ask elsewhere. We also enjoy the rest and comfort of our well-kept WG after a working day. Residents who also appreciate a quiet and well-kept WG and stick to the cleaning plan are welcome. We are a strict non-smoking WG, like to play social games, just talk about spontaneous topics or play outdoor table tennis in the summer.
Everything else is developing spontaneously without a fixed WG leisure program.
We are pleased about requests from professionals, Azubis, interns, dual or master students. Internationals are welcome. A C1 language certificate is a plus.

Wir sind eine 3er Business WG und ein Zimmer wird frei, weil unsere Mitbewohnerin umgezogen ist. Deine Mitbewohner sind Sven und Christian, welche oft unterwegs oder im Home Office sind. Sven ist selten in der WG und arbeitet im Bereich der kommunalen Beschaffung von Löschfahrzeugen. In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Judo und unterstützt den Verein als Trainer und Turnierhelfer. Christian ist als Projektkoordinator für Förderprogramme aktiv; aktuell für Meeresschutzprojekte. Christian wandert gerne im Mittelgebirge, klettert und macht gerne im Sommer Rennradtouren mit Freunden. Unser WG Lifestyle ist von einem sozialen Miteinander geprägt, d. h. wir helfen uns untereinander bei Bedarf bei Challenges im Beruf und Alltag. Gleichzeitig ist uns unsere Privatsphäre wichtig. Wer jedoch nur ein Zimmer sucht und anonym bleiben möchte, sollte besser woanders anfragen. Des Weiteren erfreuen wir uns nach einem Arbeitstag an der Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit innerhalb unserer gepflegten WG. Mitbewohner*innen, welche ebenso eine ruhige und gepflegte WG schätzen und sich an den Putzplan halten, sind willkommen.Wir sind eine strikte Nichtraucher WG, spielen gerne mal Gesellschaftsspiele, reden einfach nur über spontane Themen oder spielen im Sommer Outdoor-Tischtennis.
Alles Weitere entwickelt sich spontan, ganz ohne ein festes WG Freizeitprogramm.

With the warm rental of 380 Euro, GEZ, a 250mbit fast Internet and use of the WG washing machine are already included. We use a WG cleaning plan app for our WG order, which costs about 20 euros a year. i.e. about 7 Euro per person per year. There is a WG order, which includes a 250 Euro cleaning deposit. A parking lot can be rented for 35 Euro / month if necessary.

Bei der Warmmiete von 380 Euro sind GEZ, ein 250mbit schnelles Internet und Nutzung der WG Waschmaschine bereits mit drin. Wir nutzen zwecks unserer WG Ordnung eine WG Putzplan App, welche im Jahr insgesamt ca. 20 Euro kostet. D.h. ca. 7 Euro pro Person pro Jahr. Es gibt eine WG Ordnung, in der u.a. eine 250 Euro Putzkaution festgehalten wird. Ein Parkplatz kann bei Bedarf für 35 Euro/Monat angemietet werden.
