I'm looking for a roommate for a bright and beautiful room here in Düsseltal--near ARAG building and ZOO Park.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area. The room will be from 01.Feb. 2025 rented. (please NOT write if you want to rent later, thank you )
A fitted kitchen is equipped. The bathroom is also nice with bathtub (with daylight). Washing machine is also available. The room is furnished including the sofa bed, desk and chair. The room has two windows, south and west. A balcony is also there for you alone;)

There are trams 708, 71 and bus 834, it takes about 12 minutes to the main railway station and 12 minutes to the old town. with U71 directly to the HH-Uni and to the foot of HSD in Derendorf.
The rent is 490 Euro completely warm (incl. heating, electricity & WLAN), dozu even ZDF fee of 9euro.
I'm usually not there, a Japanese student lives there.
Here is a proper person who also pays attention to cleanliness of the apartment, i.e. regularly cleaned. ;
Someone who doesn't have so many of his own things and is looking for an interim solution.
