Artstudent searching for a subletter for my room in a shared apartment from 29th of January - 24th of April. The room is super spacious, with beautiful large windows to the backyard.

The room is a bit minimalistic, but includes all regular furnitures (bed, large shelf for all belongings, armchair with coffeetable, foldable desk). The absolut highlight is the beautiful grand-piano. So If you play the piano, let's meet up!

The apartment is on the first floor, includes a grandious kitchen with everything one could ever ask for, and a bright and spacious bathroom, including a bathtub.

Even thou the apartment is in the Center of Düsseldorf, with the main staition being just a 10min walk, and the next S-Bahnhof just being 2min away, the apartment is super quiet.

The apartment is 20min away from the HSD, Kunstakademie and/or HHU. It is very close to the beautiful Fürstenplatz, with many great Restaurants and Cafés close by. You can easily walk to the Altstadt or Rhine from here.

The apartment comes with two super cozy roommates, both students as well: one studying art, one studying philosophy. We love to spend time with each other, like cooking together, going to the café or watching tv.

We are also befriended with some other WGs inside of the house.
