You are at the main railway station in a few minutes and reach both the city centre and the university and popular areas such as Unterbilk, Bilk or Friedrichstadt quickly by bicycle or public transport. Living with you in the WG will be Iulia (25) and Lina (27). Lina (27) recently moved to Düsseldorf and works as a brand manager. In her spare time she goes to the gym, to the pilates or yoga, and likes to read. Iulia is currently doing an internship and is happy to go to Little Tokyo in her spare time, cooks and is for every goose (+ coffee).

We're a social WG that likes to sit together at a dinner or go out for a coffee or a walk. Of course we also respect closed doors when someone needs his rest

Mit dir in der WG leben werden Iulia (25) und Lina (27). Lina (27) ist vor erst kürzlich nach Düsseldorf gezogen und arbeitet als Brand Manager. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie ins Gym, zum Pilates oder Yoga, und liest gerne. Iulia macht gerade ein Praktikum und geht in ihrer Freizeit gerne ins Little Tokyo, kocht gerne und ist für jeden Tratsch zu haben (+ Kaffee).

Wir sind eine gesellige WG, die gerne mal bei einem Abendessen zusammen sitzt oder für einen Kaffee oder einen Spaziergang zusammen raus geht. Natürlich respektieren wir aber auch geschlossene Türen, wenn jemand seine Ruhe brauch

The rent per room is a warm rental incl. Additional costs such as gas and electricity. The furniture and an Internet flat rate (Vodafone, up to 100 Mbit/s) are also included in the price. Only GEZ must be paid. Otherwise there are no further costs.

The rooms are rented individually, i.e. each tenant receives a separate rental contract.

International students are also welcome!

Solltest du das Zimmer zur Miete angeboten bekommen, hab bitte eine Schufa (jetzt beantragen) Auskunft parat.

Die Miete je Zimmer ist eine Warmmiete inkl. Nebenkosten wie Gas und Strom. Die Möbel und eine Internet Flatrate (Vodafone, bis zu 100 Mbit/s) sind ebenfalls im Preis inkludiert. Lediglich GEZ müssen gezahlt werden. Ansonsten gibt es keine weiteren Kosten.

Die Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet, das heißt, jeder Mieter erhält einen separaten Einzelmietvertrag.

Internationale Studenten sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen!
