I am looking for a new flatmate for one month only in February, possibly also available in March.
There are two rooms for rent, one is approx 25m2 and the other is approx. 15m2 and both are fully furnished. Both have access facing onto the balcony.
The rent is €450/month including expenses (electricity, water, heating, internet, cable TV). Deposit is one months' rent, €450.
Located on Corneliusstrasse, 10 mins walk from Altstadt and with excellent access to public transport. The 701 tram passes right in front of the apartment and the 707 & 708 tram is 2 mins walk away.
There is a Rewe which is open until midnight located 2 minutes walk away, in Furstenplatz, as well as a Norma and a Netto within 2 minutes walk on Corneliusstrasse. The area is surrounded with good restaurants including Chinese, Spanish, Persian, Italian and German.
The apartment is shared with one other person (myself) and comes fully furnished. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area, a well-sized kitchen, a hallway and bathroom including washing machine. It has high-speed internet, full cable TV package, a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, mixers, blenders etc) and a great heating system.
I am Australian, working full-time and often travel on weekends. I speak English, Italian and a little Spanish... and slowly learning German. I am open to male or female flatmates, either working or students.
