EVERYTHING AND RELATED!
we are a young couple with galga pina, support dog lucy and cat sissi (which must be loved!) and have been living with changing international roommates for over 16 years.
I have been working for 12 years as a house and tiersitter in Greece, Germany and Hungarian, where I care about dogs, cats, horses and feathers. I previously worked in the art field, documenta kassel/biennale venedig; ronny is much on the go as a metal builder. hobbies: motorcycle, diving, skiing
we offer small but fine bedroom work room with adjustable double sofa bed, writing, regals, welan, tv; own wc; kitchen and bathroom use; washing machine and dryer in the cellar; beautiful, newer residential house with international baths, close to the center, yet green and quiet (garden, garden opposite, north park, friedhof). to the Rhine there are 10 minutes to go.
Included are bed linen, towels, hair dryer, cleaning agent, tea, coffee (jura coffee machine), water, sometimes a beer, a glass wein or two.
we are sometimes quite talkative, more widespread in Europe and "many" but rarely go out. who doesn't care for us, who doesn't like books and pictures, has no lust on animals and is little cultivated, is not right here!
also therefore the termination period is 2 weeks if it should not work; only we have, i.e. a timeless announcement is only reserved to us. extension of the rental period is always possible!
we appreciate clean, quiet, correct, honest and responsible roommates, so tolerant people with friendly, open character, even more queer natural!
we speak alongside German also English, a little French and good Italian (5 years Umbria)
100€ are to be paid at the start of the payment as deposit, renters should be liable insurance!

quiet and green golzheim, close to the theodor-heuss bridge at the marina, nordpark, aquazoo, airport, trade in close proximity, u-Bahn and bus as well; purchases: drive at the weekend div. shops; here - last the most important:edeka, annoyed, burger, caffes, restaurants, kiosk, apotheke; parking after possibility in the evening always quite well, good night connections with Rhineway; have skateboard and inliner, if suitable and bike!
small room with wide view, nicely furnished, the rest - many antiques, even more books, 3 tvs, own toilet; we go to the weekend already in our trunk pub, to exhibit, like to the flee market; also like to make small bikes (cologne, bonn, rhein along, fishing, historical, markets, zoo); annette likes to operate and concerts. with the dog we are traveling daily, the cat likes to sleep at home and everywhere!
nix for allergic(dog, cat), i smoke, but not everywhere!
from time to time dogs with us, all brav and nice.
room and small bathroom need to be clean by renter 1x weekly, otherwise paid cleaning. sorry, but lastly it was really bad!
