Location:
The apartment is located in the Grafenberg district – quiet and super connected. Right in front of our WG is the S-Bahn station, which can be reached in just 20 meters walk. From there, you're in the middle of town in 10 minutes. Supermarkets and other shopping facilities are also nearby. Despite the proximity to the S-Bahn, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment as we live on the fourth floor.

We are a relaxed, open pair that likes to celebrate (especially techno) but also works a lot. We occasionally work at home office and spend our free time with friends or at events. Wir vermieten ab Februar spontan ein helles WG-Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG in Düsseldorf-Grafenberg. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15–18 m² groß und bietet genügend Platz für deine Möbel und persönliche Gestaltung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem gepflegten Bad.
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Grafenberg – ruhig und super angebunden. Direkt vor unserer WG befindet sich die S-Bahn-Station, die in nur 20 Metern Fußweg erreichbar ist. Von dort bist du in 10 Minuten in der Stadtmitte. Supermärkte und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der Nähe zur S-Bahn ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig, da wir im vierten Stock wohnen.
Kosten:
Die Warmmiete beträgt 540€.
WG-Leben:
Wir sind ein entspanntes, offenes Paar, das gerne mal feiern geht (besonders Techno), aber auch viel arbeitet. Wir arbeiten gelegentlich im Homeoffice und verbringen unsere Freizeit gerne mit Freunden oder auf Events. Uns ist wichtig, dass du deinen eigenen Freiraum hast, aber wir freuen uns auch über gemeinsame Abende, Gespräche oder spontane Unternehmungen.
