VORAB - the room offered is located in NEUSS and NOT IN Düsseldorf.

2 almost identical rooms are to be rented in a fully own accommodation unit. There is also a kitchen,
a bathroom and a living room. The total size of the accommodation unit is 67 m2 and is rented to 2 persons.
You don't need to bring anything. The unit is 2-storey, i.e. the two bedrooms and
the bathroom can be reached via the stairs in the 2nd OG.
The two new residents must provide the internet connection.

The apartment is close to the Selikumer Park through which the Erft flows to the Rhine. The outdoor and indoor swimming pool, the beautiful sauna area "WellNeuss and the ski hall with a wide range of leisure activities are also located in the vicinity. An ideal jogging route is located just opposite us through forest and meadows always along the Erft.

The traffic connection is good, there are 3 different bus lines nearby (about 3 - 4 minutes walk). In Düsseldorf you are within 15 minutes. by car, the motorways to Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached in 5 minutes.
If you use public transport, you can reach Neuss Train Station in 17 minutes . In addition, the bus stop to the University of Düsseldorf is nearby.
