Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock. Beide Zimmer sind von der Diele aus erreichbar. Das zu vermietende Zimmer wird mit einer Nachtspeicherheizung beheizt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Ofen, Kochplatte und Kühlschrank und bietet genug Platz für einen Essbereich. An die Küche grenzt der große, ruhige Balkon.
Zentrale Lage: Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Viertel hat diverse Lebensmittelhändler, Supermärkte und Drogerien. Auch Bankautomaten und Apotheken liegen nah. Der Volksgarten liegt 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Kulturorte und Cafés z. B. Zentralbibliothek, das zakk, Café Knülle.
Ich bin Nellie, 29 Jahre alt und studiere Kommunikationsdesign mit Schwerpunkt Film und Editorial Design an der HSD. Tagsüber bin ich meist an der Hochschule um an meinen Projekten zu arbeiten. Am Nachmittag/Abend zuhause oder mit Freund*innen unterwegs in der Stadt. Erarbeite mir wieder den Status als Laufmaus.
