Not far away is the Immermannstraße with its rich range of Japanese restaurants and shops – a cultural highlight.
The apartment is ideally designed for a WG and was already home to people of different backgrounds and different nationalities. We are currently looking for 2 new roommates to revive our WG lives. On a generous community area, which makes up an impressive 40% of the total living area, you can create perfectly common activities. Our show kitchen allows several people at the same time, without lack of space, cooking – ideal for shared meals or parallel work. The landlord, with long-term experience of WG, has structured everything for a comfortable and harmonious coexistence.

Cleanliness and order are particularly important to us. Therefore, the community area is cleaned professionally by external cleaning power at least every 14 days. The WG participates with a fixed amount (currently 200€ per month for 4 persons). The landlord and WG organizer is always responsive and attaches great importance to transparency and fair rental distribution. A detailed list of rental and auxiliary costs provides complete clarity about the composition of the rent and the respective housing situation.
