Bald wird mein zimmer zum 1.02.2025 frei.
Das Wg Zimmer ist von der größe Ideal und super gemütlich.
Die 365€ sind komplett mit wlan und heizkosten. Es kann sein dass die Miete um 15€ erhöht wird, dass müsste man mit der Vermieterin besprechen.
Das Haus ist Altbau dementsprechend haben wir hohe wände eine super große Küche und allg. Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat einen super großen Balkon.
Man erreicht die alles zu Fuß.
7min zum Hbf und 12 in die Altstadt.
Die Anbindungen sind hervorragend, man kommt gut zur uni, hsd usw.
Es wohnen in der WG Dagmar - Studiert Architektur im Master und ist immer für einen da ob man was Zusammenbauen will das Zimmer umstellen möchte, Dagi ist immer am start. Azin die noch im Bachelor ist für ihr Steuerrecht studium ist eine super Köchin und plaudert gern wie alle in der Küche. Dimana ist Übersetzerin für Cartoons und hat immer die Besten Weine am Start. Wir sind eine entspannte WG und suchen jemanden der genau so ist. Wir sind auch alle oft unterwegs deshalb sehen wir uns meist abends. Auch wenn man seine ruhe haben möchte bekommt man diese gut :)
