A friendly project manager looking for WG in Düsseldorf Geselliger und freundlicher Projektmanager sucht WG in Düsseldorf

My name is Niklas and I'm 29 years young. I live in Düsseldorf only since November and came to Düsseldorf for the job. I work as a project manager in the energy industry and in this context I will be more often in the home office.
My interests include sport (Calesthenics), travel and I am a passionate double-headed player.

I'm looking for a WG with which you take something together and mutual respect is always at the top. I myself would call myself a clean and quiet roommate, I respect the privacy and expect the same from my roommate. I would also be happy if my roommates are open and would like to do something.

I prefer to look for a room in a maximum of 3's WG, with a room in the order of 20m^3 would be good so that I can also make home office there. Finally, my Red Flag comes because I am a smoker, a balcony for me is pre-requisite (smoking in the apartment is not for me too).

If you have the feeling that it might fit, then I'd like to touch - I'd be happy:)

mein Name ist Niklas und ich bin 29 jahre jung. Ich wohne erst seit November in Düsseldorf und bin für den Job nach Düsseldorf gekommen. Ich arbeite als Projektmanager in der Energiebranche und in diesem Zusammenhang werde ich auch des öfteren im Homeoffice sein.
Zu meinen Interessen gehören Sport (Calesthenics), Reisen und ich bin ein leidenschaftlicher Doppelkopfspieler.

Ich suche eine WG mit der man auch mal zusammen etwas unternimmt und gegenseitiger Respekt stets an oberster Stelle steht. Ich selber würde mich als einen sauberen und ruhigen Mitbewohner bezeichnen, ich respektiere die Privatsphäre und erwarte das selbe von meinem Mitbewohnern auch. Zudem würde ich mich darüber freuen, wenn meine Mitbewohner auch offen sind und gerne was unternehmen möchten.

Ich suche ein Zimmer am liebsten in einer maximal 3er-WG, dabei wäre eine Zimmer in der Größenordnung von 20m^3 gut, damit ich auch Homeoffice dort machen kann. Letzlich kommt noch mein Red Flag, weil ich Raucher bin, ist ein Balkon für mich Vorraussetzung (rauchen in der Wohnung geht auch für mich gar nicht).
