Hello, dear,

I am Samantha, 28 years old and in May / June I am looking for a new cool, downtown WG.
But first of all,

I'm an open, energy-charged person, but she needs her time for herself. My ex-roommate would say that this is especially the case between work and food.: D I am a person with whom you can talk well and is always ready for compromise. I don't smoke, I'm conscientious and I don't have pets (but I'm happy if pets are available).

I'm still studying civil engineering at the end of February. As part of this study I have also made an education as a building designer and work with reduced hours at a construction company in Krefeld. They also take over me as a civil engineer.

My hobbies are very versatile. I like to jogge and walkers. I am very enthusiastic and would like to venture in new projects. Since I like to cook, very wild recipe creations have already been created. Everyone can benefit from this because I can never cook in small quantities. (vlt is my love language also easy to cook for others?: D). I also like to read and knit a lot. The latter I like to do with a good dose of Trash TV (yes, but everyone needs a good opportunity: D). If there's time, I like to go dance. At the moment I do a stand / Latin dance course and in the summer I dance Salsa on the Rhine. Otherwise I meet friends, go to the theater, the movies, eat and what do everyone do.: D

In the last five years I have lived in two larger WGs. With my current WG we live in a house in Düsseldorf to seven. My roommates are mostly working. The goal was to create a home where you live in the longer term. Unfortunately, I'm moving out because I moved into this house for a relationship and it went apart. But it has shown me that I would like to have such a living concept for my further life path.

So what am I looking for?
I'm looking for a home where I can arrive in the longer term. For possibilities with little change of roommate. I don't care about the age of people. It was just not supposed to be a classic student WG with permanent parties during the week.
I wish people who communicate openly, honestly and directly. People with whom you can also spend time (some time, a little wine, etc.) who also respect rest periods of others.
Tendentially, I'm a fan of larger WGs. Smaller ones go, too, but you should get to know each other well in advance.

To the apartment: It should be close to the city center. A balcony, terrace or garden would be nice, but not necessary. The room should also be a little bigger than a storage room.: D

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich bin Samantha, 28 Jahre alt und suche zu Mai/Juni eine neue coole, innenstadtnahe WG.
Aber erstmal zu mir:

Ich bin eine offene, energiegeladene Person, die aber auch mal ihre Zeit für sich braucht. Meine Ex-Mitbewohnerin würde sagen,dass das besonders zwischen Arbeit und Essen der Fall ist. :D Ich bin eine Person mit der man gut reden kann und immer kompromisbereit ist. Ich rauche nicht, bin gewissenhaft und habe keine Haustiere (freue mich aber wenn Haustiere vorhanden sind).

Ich studiere bis Ende Februar noch Bauingenieurwesen dual. Im Rahmen dieses Studiums habe ich auch eine Ausbildung zur Bauzeichnerin gemacht und arbeite mit reduzierten Stunden bei einer Baufirma in Krefeld. Diese übernehmen mich auch als Bauingenieurin.

Meine Hobbys sind sehr vielseitig. Ich jogge und wandere sehr gerne. Ich bin sehr begeisterungsfähig und wage mich gerne an neue Projekte. Da ich gerne koche, sind so auch schon sehr wilde Rezeptkreationen entstanden. Davon kann jeder profitieren, weil ich es nie schaffe in kleinen Mengen zu kochen. (vlt ist meine Love language auch einfach für andere kochen? :D). Auch lese ich gern und stricke sehr viel. Letzteres mache ich sehr gerne bei einer guten Dosis Trash TV (jaja, aber jeder braucht ein guilty pleasure :D). Wenn dann noch Zeit ist, gehe ich gerne tanzen. Zur Zeit mache ich einen Standart/Latein Tanzkurs und im Sommer tanze ich Salsa am Rhein. Sonst treffe ich Freunde, gehe ins Theater, ins Kino, essen und was halt alle so machen. :D

In den letzten fünf Jahren habe ich in 2 größeren WGs gewohnt. Mit meiner aktuelle WG wohnen wir zu siebt in einem Haus in Düsseldorf. Meine Mitbewohner sind überwiegend berufstätig. Das Ziel war ein Zuhause zu schaffen in dem man längerfristig wohnt. Leider ziehe ich aus, weil ich für eine Beziehung in dieses Haus gezogen bin und diese auseinander ging. Es hat mir aber gezeigt, dass ich ein solches Wohnkonzept für meinen weiteren Lebensweg gerne hätte.

Also was suche ich?
Ich suche ein Zuhause in dem ich längerfristig ankommen kann. Nach Möglichkeiten mit wenig Mitbewohnerwechsel. Das Alter der Menschen ist mir egal. Es sollte nur keine klassische Studierenden WG mit andauernden Partys unter der Woche sein.
Ich wünsche mir Mitbewohner, die offen, ehrlich und direkt kommunizieren. Mitbewohner mit denen man auch Zeit verbringt (mal früstücken, nen Weinchen o.ä. trinken kann), die aber auch Ruhezeiten anderer respektieren.
Tendenziell bin ich ein Fan von größeren WGs. Kleinere gehen auch, aber da sollte man sich im Vorfeld gut kennenlernen.

Zur Wohnung: Sie sollte Innenstadtnah sein. Ein Balkon, Terasse oder Garten wäre nice, muss aber nicht. Das Zimmer sollte auch ein bisschen größer als ne Abstellkammer sein. :D
