Wir haben eine gemütliche Gemeinschaftsküche, die voll ausgestattet ist - besonders glücklich sind wir immer wieder über unsere Spülmaschine.
Wir unternehmen auch so gerne mal was zusammen, aber da gibt es natürlich keinen Gruppenzwang =) Und es gibt auch noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, wenn man sich mal zurück ziehen möchte. Zu Stress im Badezimmer kommt es übrigens auch nicht, da wir 2. Toiletten haben.

ENGLISCH VERSION
The room is partially furnished (2 wardrobes, bed without mattress). The total rent is 321 euros, which includes everything (wifi, electricity, heating, etc.). A deposit of 321 euros is required at the beginning of your stay.

We have a cosy communal kitchen that is fully equipped - we are always happy to use the dishwasher. As a WG we also like to do things together, but of course there's no group pressure =) And there's also a big living room if you want to get a change of scenery or just want to watch a movie, you can do so. There's also no stress in the bathroom either, as we have 2 toilets.

Located in the awesome neighbourhood Flingern Nord (address: - Bruchstrasse )
- 1st floor, bright spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms
- Large basement/storage for bikes
- Great transit connections (709, U73/72/83, S Bahn). It only takes 10 min to the main station by train as well as to the Altstadt. There is a direct connection to the uni.
- 100 m from Penny, Terbuyken and a nice Bio supermarket, - 5 min walk from Aldi, Rewe, Lidl and DM.
- Near many cool bars, cafes and restaurants
- Near public swimming pools (outdoor/indoor) and FitX.

Direkt an der Straßenecke gibt es hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles ist im Umkreis von ca. 500m vorhanden: Penny, Rewe, ALDI, Lidl, DM, ein Biosupermarkt, Bäcker etc.
Haltestellen für Straßen-, U- und S-Bahn sind innerhalb von ein bis fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Neben Parks, Kneipen und Cafés gibt es auch Schwimmbäder (Hallen- und Freibad) und ein FitX in der Nähe. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man am HBF, ebenso in der Alt-/Innenstadt und auch zur Uni gibt es eine direkte Verbindung.

Wir sind eine Fünfer-WG, aber lass dich davon nicht abschrecken! Wir sind international und freuen uns immer neue Menschen kennenzulernen

Our WG style: we often have dinner/drinks together and generally have a nice time with the roommates around the house. We are rather social, but we respect alone time as well! Many of us are busy people and are outside the house.
