Hello everyone. Room in WG Derendorf. (Read until the end)
I'm leaving Düsseldorf at the end of January, and my room will be available in a shared apartment (WG). The apartment is large, more than 120m2 with a terrace, a huge kitchen, a full bathroom, and an extra toilet. There’s really plenty of space, and it doesn’t feel crowded (maximum capacity: 3 people).
You would be sharing the apartment with a really nice guy from India, in his early 30s, working in Marketing/Advertising. There’s another girl in the third room, but she’s also leaving at the end of January, so if you're interested in the room, you might even be on time to choose your next roommate. It’s essential to speak English at least, and if you speak German too, that's better for communicating with the landlord (who also speaks English, but appreciates communication in German).
The room comes already furnished (you can take the furniture for a modest and low price, not trying to rip anyone off). The rent is 639 per month (the landlord’s price, not our decision here), plus utilities (electricity, Internet, and cleaning person, who comes every two weeks). Water and heating are included in the rent.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Derendorf, in a building with only 3 apartments, so it’s peaceful and the neighbours aren’t bothersome. Almost at your doorstep, you have everything: supermarket, DM, pharmacy, and the tram 704 and bus 834 stops. 5 minutes on foot, you can also find trams 705 and 707.
The profile we’re looking for is: man or woman (no couples), 25-35 years old, with a permanent work contract. It’s a home for working people, so it’s not the ideal place for someone who wants to party all day. If you're interested, send me a private message with some information about yourself, and we can try to arrange a meeting so you can visit the apartment. The landlord might require 3 Paylips or the work contract as proof of payment. Thanks!
Düsseldorf - Derendorf. Very well connected with city centre, with the tram 704 almost at the door, you can reach in 12min the city centre. Very quiet area, so sleeping at night is easy and neighbours do not disturb at all.
Easy. The tenant staying is from India, in his early 30s, very cool chilled guy, clean and committed to keep the flat clean and in order, very eas-going and happy to get along with international people. He loves cooking, so if you are a chef yourself, he will be more than happy to exchange recipes.
