The room is 20sqm and is located on the quiet Kronenstraße. It is equipped with a bed (140x200cm), a bedside table, a large dresser, a desk, a small side table, a large wardrobe, a floor lamp, a table and four chairs. I also like to leave the TV. The window has Rollos and there are curtains.
The apartment is fully equipped, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. The apartment also has various electronic devices.
The location is great! The Kirchplatz is within 3 minutes walking distance by connecting to numerous metro and bus lines. You are at the Heinrich-Heine-Allee in 10 minutes and there is a quick bus to the university.
The Bilker Allee stop with access to the tram is 3 minutes away.
A REWE is located at the Kirchplatz. Bilk-S (S- and Regional Railways) is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can find the country of sale, Aldi and the arcades with all kinds of shops.
The Medienhafen and Königsallee are about a 15-minute walk away, there are also smaller parks in the vicinity.
Your roommate is Jenni, she studies in Cologne and works next door in Düsseldorf. Living together with her is very harmonious, you can sit together in the kitchen and talk, but also retreat as well. She is really a top roommate, very funny and always has an open ear. :

Wen ich suche: Ich suche eine ordentliche, zuverlässige Untermieterin, der ich meine Möbel etc. mit gutem Gewissen anvertrauen kann und die sich gut mit Jenni versteht, sodass ihr euch beide wohlfühlen könnt :)
