We are looking for a nice roommate who could move into the apartment for at least 6 months from 01.03.25.

To us:
Currently living in the WG Ouiam (22), Lucie (23) and Alexandra (24). Everyone actually lives here because all of them have very different periods of work/studies and have so much to do. If there is a wish, we can certainly do something together :)

Basically, we are a respectful coexistence, just like order in the apartment is important. Even if you get too often, we attach great importance to privacy.

Location:
The apartment is very centrally located and has great connections. The 701, 704, 705, 707 buses and also the S1, S6, S8, S11 and S28 are nearby. Supermarkets like Rewe, Lidl, Net, Penny etc. are all quick to reach and the Bilker Arcade is just one stop away. Cafés, restaurants and kiosks can also be enjoyed here. So here is practically everything taken care of 😄

To the apartment:
The apartment is modernly equipped and newly renovated. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a toilet and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A cellar offers our apartment as well as a parking space in the backyard for the bike.

To the room:
Your room is around 13m^2 and already equipped with a bed (140x200), desk, office chair and wardrobe.

Costs:
In addition to the amounts already listed, further small costs are incurred. We pay monthly per person approx. €13.74 for the internet and share the broadcasting fee, which is about €13.77/person and must be paid every three months.

Wir suchen nach einer netten Mitbewohnerin, die ab dem 01.03.25 für mindestens 6 Monate in die Wohnung einziehen könnte.

Zu uns:
Momentan wohnen in der WG Ouiam (22), Lucie (23) und Alexandra (24). Jeder lebt hier eigentlich für sich, da alle sehr unterschiedliche Arbeits-/Studienzeiten haben und auch so sehr viel zu tun haben. Falls der Wunsch besteht, kann man aber sicherlich auch etwas zusammen unternehmen :)

Grundsätzlich ist uns ein respektvolles Miteinander, genauso wie Ordnung in der Wohnung wichtig. Auch, wenn man ab und zu quatscht wird, legen wir großen Wert auf Privatsphäre.

Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat super Anbindungsmöglichkeiten. Es fahren in der Nähe die 701, 704, 705, 707, sämtliche Busse und auch die S1, S6, S8, S11 und S28. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Penny etc. sind alle schnell zu erreichen und auch der Bilker-Arkaden ist nur eine Haltestelle entfernt. Cafés, Restaurants und Kiosks gibt es hier auch zur Genüge. Also ist hier quasi für alles gesorgt 😄

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und neu renoviert. Sie enthält eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backoffen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeautomaten, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Zudem gibt es ein WC und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer Waschmaschine. Einen Keller bietet unsere Wohnung ebenso, genauso wie einen Stellplatz im Hinterhof für's Fahrrad.

Zum Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer ist um die 13m^2 groß und bereits mit einem Bett (140x200), Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.

Kosten:
Neben den bereits aufgelisteten Beträgen fallen noch weitere kleine Kosten an. Wir zahlen monatlich pro Person ca. 13,74€ für das Internet und teilen uns den Rundfunkbeitrag auf, der bei ca. 13,77€/Person liegt und alle drei Monate bezahlt werden muss.

Wir würden uns natürlich sehr über eine Nachricht von dir freuen, in der du über dich erzählst. Vielleicht sieht man sich ja schon bald bei einem persönlichen Gespräch 😊
