We are looking for a new flatmate for our living community. The flat is in Düsseldorf Pempelfort centrally located to the city center, the historic district and the Hofgarten.
The HSD (University for Applied Sciences) is 10 minutes by foot or one stop with S-Bahn away. If you have to go to the Heinrich-Heine-University you can take 704 on the other side of the street and it directly goes to Uni. It is easy to reach the local public transportation (lines 704,706,707,S1,S6,S7) and all shopping facilities are accessible by foot. The flat is in a quiet and well located neighborhood and divided in two floors with a big and comfortable living room which can be used as guest room. The flat is equipped with an automatic dishwasher, two bathrooms, 200Mbit WLAN, washing machine.
