Approximately 600 m2 of common area awaits you. 60 roommates between 22 and 55 years who welcome you in Düsseldorf. NRW’s most innovative WG is now looking for new roommates. We currently offer various room types between 650,- and 1,090,- EUR warm. Our WG opened its doors at the end of 2010 and leaves no living spaces open. Numerous extras, such as a 120 m2 rooftop terrace with park view, south side and a well-being wellness area with sauna, will make your evening out in a beautiful ambience. The fitness room gives you the opportunity to play sports, the TV Lounge the necessary moment of relaxation.
For the preparation of culinary delights, our large open kitchen invites you. On several Ceran fields you can swing the cooking spoon and then end the evening in a cozy round. Maybe you could have another dinner beer outside? No problem. The Pempelfort district is popular and well known for quiet living in a central location. Around 30 restaurants, cafés and pubs are within walking distance. The Nordstraße, one of the most beautiful district shopping streets in the immediate vicinity. The old town and the Rhine are within a 15-minute walk.
We are a great community and organize various activities, whether cinema visits, in the evening make the old town unsafe, cooking evenings or our shared breakfast on weekends. The tram stops (Dreieck), subway (Nordstraße), and buses (Münsterstraße) can be reached in
2-5 minutes walk. You will be at the main station or at the airport within a few minutes.
In-house parking spaces can also be rented in the underground garage.
