In the WG currently live Chrissi, Jutta, Emilie and I (Janneke). I'm going to get together with my girlfriend and leave the WG.

Chrissi is currently doing an education as an ergotherapist, Jutta is studying online in the Master's Business Informatics and works at the DHL in Duisburg and Emilie works in marketing in Düsseldorf from May. The WG life is very relaxed and varied. We like to spend time together and from joint excursions and film/Netflix/Trash TV evenings, painting evenings and cooking activities to together-in-living room learning days.
But of course we still have all our own everyday life and you can, of course, always retreat into your room if you are not in society.

In addition, the WG is located in a house with three other WGs, with which, among other things, cooking and gaming evenings and parties are regularly organized (but this is not a must, some people in the house are very active and often there, others are not at all).

In der WG leben aktuell Chrissi, Jutta, Emilie und ich (Janneke). Ich werde nun mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen und die WG deshalb verlassen.

Chrissi macht aktuell eine Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin, Jutta studiert online im Master Wirtschaftsinformatik und arbeitet bei der DHL in Duisburg und Emilie arbeitet ab Mai im Marketing in Düsseldorf. Das WG Leben ist bei uns sehr entspannt und abwechslungsreich. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen und von gemeinsamen Ausflügen und Film/Netflix/Trash-TV-Abenden über Malabende und Kochaktionen bis hin zu Zusammen-im-Wohnzimmer-Lern-Tagen war schon alles dabei.
Wir haben aber natürlich trotzdem alle unseren eigenen Alltag und man kann sich natürlich auch sowieso immer in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn einem nicht nach Gesellschaft ist.

Außerdem befindet sich die WG in einem Haus mit drei weiteren WGs, mit denen u.a. regelmäßig Koch- und Spieleabende und hin und wieder Partys organisiert werden (auch das ist aber kein Muss, einige Leute im Haus sind da sehr aktiv und häufig dabei, andere gar nicht).

The warm rental including electricity is 295€. In addition, there are 5 euros each for GEZ and W-LAN, which we currently charge via our WG output app.

Die Warmmiete inklusive Strom liegt bei 295€. Hinzu kommen noch je 5 Euro für GEZ und W-LAN, die wir aktuell aber über unsere WG-Ausgaben-App abrechnen.

Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel handhabbar.
