Dein Zimmer ist 16m² groß und wird unmobliert überlassen. Die Gesamtmiete liegt bei 360€. Der Abschlag für Küche, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine betragen 190€ und die Kaution beträgt 600€ .
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung zusätzlich zu den Zimmern deiner Mitbewohnerinnen noch zwei Bäder, eine Küche, einen Balkon und zwei Abstellkammern.

Die Uni ist fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar und die Oststraße ist um die Ecke (Obstladen, dm, Bank, Bäcker, Schreibwaren etc.).
Der Duisburg HBF ist fußläufig in 12 min erreicht.

Deine beiden neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Carlotta (26) und Clara (27). Carlotta macht ihren Master an der Universität Duisburg-Essen in Internationalen Beziehungen und Entwicklungspolitik und Clara hat ihren Master auch in Duisburg gemacht, ist inzwischen aber bereits in der Arbeitswelt angekommen und arbeitet als Journalistin beim Handelsblatt in Düsseldorf.
Sie sind zwei sehr aktive Menschen, die gerne quatschen und unter Leuten sind. Abends kochen wir gerne zusammen (vegetarisch/vegan) und laden dazu auch gerne Freund:innen ein. Wir suchen nach einer Person, die Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben hat, ob es gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind, spontane Koch- und Spielabende, zusammen laufen gehen oder einfach nur bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier zusammensitzen. Natürlich brauchen wir auch ab und zu ein bisschen Zeit für uns und respektieren die Privatsphäre der anderen.
Wir suchen eine selbstständige und offene Person, die schon WG-Erfahrung gesammelt hat und die gerne zusammen zwanglos Zeit verbringt.
Falls du internationale:r Student:in bist und lieber Englisch statt Deutsch sprechen möchtest, ist das für uns kein Problem :)

Your two new flatmates are Carlotta (26) and Clara (27). Carlotta is doing her Master's degree in International Relations and Development Policy at the University of Duisburg-Essen and Clara also did her Master's degree in Duisburg, but has now entered the world of work and works as a journalist at Handelsblatt in Düsseldorf.
They are two very active people who enjoy chatting and socialising. We like to cook together in the evening (vegetarian/vegan) and also like to invite friends round. We are looking for someone who would like to live together in a shared flat, whether it's joint activities, spontaneous cooking and games evenings, going for a run together or just sitting together with a glass of wine or beer. Of course, we also need a bit of time to ourselves from time to time and respect each other's privacy.
We are looking for an independent and open-minded person who already has experience of sharing a flat and who enjoys spending time together in a relaxed atmosphere.
If you are an international student and would prefer to speak English instead of German, that's no problem for us :)
