Hallo zusammen,

Ich gehe für 3-4 Monate ins Ausland und suche deswegen einen Untermieter. Das Zimmer stünde ab jetzt bis 10 September 2024 zur Verfügung.

Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung im 3. OG (und einem 4. Zimmer im Stock drüber, das mit unserer Wohnung zusammengelegt ist, aber über eine eigene Küche und Bad verfügt).

Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Nachtkasten und Bücherregal.

Die Wohnung verfügt des Weiteren noch über eine große Küche (voll ausgerüstet, ohne Momrowelle), ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon und eine Waschmaschine.

Ihr werdet mit Swati und Valentin in der Wohnung zusammen wohnen. Sie sind beide mit Arbeit und Studium beschäftigt. Sie sind deswegen beide sehr viel unterwegs und brauchen ihre Ruhe, würden sich abrr auch über ein paar gemütliche Abenteuer im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer freuen.

Die Miete besteht aus 338 Euro. Ihr findet die Bilder anbei. Bitte meldet euch falls ihr Interesse oder Fragen habt.
