Practically directly opposite is Penny, a baker, Kik and Tedi, so a quick shopping is very well provided. A few meters further we have a huge DHL-Filiale including packing station (perfect if nobody is there to accept a package ;)), Aldi, Rossmann, Lidl, Edeka and DM also gives it at the next intersection.
Directly opposite the other side of the road, a pizzeria regularly shuts us down the nightly cravings.

The main railway station is a 20-minute walk away, but a 5-minute walk away bus stop is also available. The subway line U79 is also only 15 minutes walk.

It is also not far to reach the Duisburg campus and with ÖPNV anyway!

Praktisch direkt gegenüber befindet sich Penny, ein Bäcker, Kik und Tedi, für einen schnellen Einkauf ist also bestens gesorgt. Ein paar Meter weiter haben wir eine riesige DHL-Filiale inklusive Packstation (perfekt wenn mal keiner da ist, um ein Paket anzunehmen ;)), Aldi, Rossmann, Lidl, Edeka und DM gibt‘s an der nächsten Kreuzung auch.
Direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite stillt uns regelmäßig eine Pizzeria den nächtlichen Heißhunger.

Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß um die 20 Minuten, aber in 5 Gehminuten ist auch eine Bushaltestelle, die dich dort bequem hinfahren lässt. Zur U-Bahnlinie U79 sind es auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Auch zum Duisburger Campus ist es nicht weit und mit ÖPNV sowieso gut zu erreichen!

We are Julie and Marie (both 21) and are looking for a new roommate from mid-April. We are both studying sociology at the UDE, but we are also looking forward to someone outside our subject! 😜🖖
We're both here and there on weekends, so you'll definitely have your rest, but if we're here, we'll be happy to spend nice hours together, whether in the kitchen or on the balcony.

Marie is a double-digit plant mutt and bakes good banana bread. She also works at the baker and supplies the WG with delicious baked goods of all kinds. Julie likes to plan her next trip and sometimes goes to the shelter. 😼
What unites us is the Passion of joint shopping and we would say that we often land at Ikea above average. 🌭🤝
In addition, we are handcrafted and rock all everyday drilling/saw/adhesive and oil tasks!

We manage the household with the help of a well-organized cleaning plan to make everyone feel comfortable. The Flatastic app also regulates our finances and shopping lists.

Wir sind Julie und Marie (beide 21) und suchen ab Mitte April eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Wir studieren beide Soziologie im Bachelor an der UDE, aber wir freuen uns natürlich auch über jemanden außerhalb unseres Faches! 😜🖖
Wir sind zwar beide am Wochenende mal hier und mal da unterwegs, sodass du auf jeden Fall auch mal deine Ruhe hast, aber wenn wir hier sind, verbringen gerne nette Stunden zusammen, ob in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon.

Marie ist zweistellige Pflanzenmutti und backt gutes Bananenbrot. Außerdem arbeitet sie beim Bäcker und versorgt die WG mit leckeren Backwaren aller Art. Julie plant gerne ihre nächste Reise und geht manchmal ins Tierheim. 😼
Was uns vereint ist die Passion des gemeinsamen Einkaufens und wir würden behaupten dass wir überdurchschnittlich oft bei Ikea landen. 🌭🤝
Zudem sind wir handwerklich einigermaßen begabt und rocken alle alltäglichen Bohr-/Säg-/Kleb- und Ölaufgaben!

Den Haushalt managen wir mit Hilfe eines gut organisierten Putzplans, damit sich immer alle wohl fühlen. Über die App Flatastic regeln wir zudem unsere Finanzen und Einkaufslisten.
