We offer student accommodation (WG-Zimmer) in our privately owned and managed 3 student houses in Duisburg (Neudorf) and Mülheim.

Bright 17 m2 room in a 3-room flat (3/4-Person-WG), view to garden.
Rent 540 EUR per month.
MINIMUM rental period is 12 months. Shorter period is NOT possible.
ONLY for students, language course and college participants, medical students, scientific workers of UNI, young IT-specialists.
The room is fully furnished:

Costs for Internet (~8 EUR), and GEZ (~5 EUR) per month per room are NOT included in the rent, and need to be paid by tenant additionally directly to the providers.
The deposit is fixed 900 EUR and can be paid in 2 instalments in 2 months (450/ 450).
An official Rental contract and Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung (document for city registration) are provided.
