Im angegebenen Zeitraum würde ich gerne mein Zimmer in der Grabowstraße zwischenvermieten, da ich erst zum Wintersemesterbeginn von Halle (Saale) nach Eberswalde ziehe, aber das Zimmer bereits miete.
Das Zimmer ist hell, gemütlich, sehr bunt und mit 24m^2 sehr geräumig. Vom Nachmittag an bis zum Abend scheint die Sonne zu den beiden Fenstern hinein. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung ist eine ordentliche Nichtraucherwohnung. Vor kurzem wurde das Bad renoviert und wieder richtig auf Vordermann gebracht.
Die Wohnung ist recht zentral gelegen (10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, 15 Gehminuten zum Wald- und zum Stadtcampus, 3 Gehminuten zu Edeka und 2 Gehminuten zur Bushaltestellte Grabowstraße).
Es handelt sich um eine WG mit drei freundlichen, männlichen Mitbewohnern (zwischen 21-27 Jahre), die alle an der HNEE studieren. Sie sind Experten in Sachen Holz, Pilze und Van-Life. 🚍🍄🪵
