"Single, Scottish-ancestry (Buchanan, MacLean, MacIntosh), white female, nonsmoker. Fully-funded PhD student in Applied Mathematics at Edinburgh, starting September 2017. I have additional personal income, so I can afford 6-months-in-advance rent, or enormous pet deposits, or what-have you. I have one 50 lb and one 20 lb dog. They're quiet, good with people and children, have all their paperwork and vaccinations in order, well-trained and housebroken.
Hoping for Edinburgh proper, but will happily consider flats or backyard cottages 30 - 45 minutes out of town (Abbeyhill, Marchmont, Stockbridge, etc.)"
