Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß und hat drei Fenster, wodurch es schön hell ist.
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, es gibt ein großes und ein kleineres Badezimmer und eine moderne Küche.
Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 400€, in denen alles enthalten ist (Strom, Heizung, WLAN und GEZ).
Das Zimmer liegt direkt am Bahnhof und ist somit sehr zentral und ideal für Pendler. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Innenstadt ist direkt vor der Haustür.
In der WG leben insgesamt 3 weitere Personen, die alle sehr nett sind.
Das Zusammenleben ist eher zweckmäßig, da wir oft unterwegs sind.
Ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche ist aber immer drin.
Da die Wohnung im dritten Stock liegt, würde ich gerne meine Möbel dort lassen. Konkret handelt es sich um:
- Bett 1,40m x 2,00m mit Matratze (fast neu) und Lattenrost
- Sessel mit kleinem Tisch
- Kleiderschrank
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Unterlage
- Regale (3)
Für alles zusammen würde ich gerne 600€ haben (VB).
Wichtig ist, dass ihr die gewünschten Dokumente zum Abschluss eines Vertrags einreichen könnt.
